Our next Tech@State will focus on Internet Freedom by examining techniques and methods that can be used to enhance and expand Internet Freedom. Scheduled for March 8, 2013 at George Washington University's Jack Morton Auditorium, Tech@State on Internet Freedom will be an open forum where practitioners and foreign policy experts can meet to discuss techniques for advancing new technologies and their related processes that will enhance Internet Freedom where it is needed most.

Get someone from the Falun Gong community to talk about their efforts. Shiyu Zhou is very good; I've seen him present before. They are on the front lines and can provide interesting insights.
