Social media have played a significant role in recent protests and the resulting changes taking place in Middle East and North Africa. There may also be a significant role for social media going forward as these nations continue to change.  What do you think?  Tech@State and eDiplomacy may explore this issue as a conference or program but we'd like to hear your thoughts first.
