- Why is user need more important than cool tech? Or is it?
- Hmm..I am reminded of the famous quote by Henry Ford, "If I'd asked the people what they wanted, they would have said 'A faster horse'."
I think there is a happy medium with "need" and "cool" when it comes to technology.
