Why is user need more important than cool tech? Or is it?
Technology is just a tool. Just like I wouldn't use a pencil that wasn't the right size and shape for my hand, one can't expect people to use technology that isn't tailored to their needs and goals. Tech without a purpose can be fun. But tech *with a purpose* creates solutions to problems, and in some cases even cahnges the world.
