What is your own/group's Web site?

What do you want to get from Tech@State?
I look forward to the opportunity to partner with government agencies, NGOs, and the tech community to do good things on an international scale.
Why is user need more important than cool tech? Or is it?
"User need" is a tricky concept: one of the things we know is that people can do a lot with very minimal technology. However, the things people accomplish with technology's assistance are very seldom limited to needs-driven activities, and the ingenuity demonstrated usually delivers technology solutions that do more to accomplish larger-scale goals than might be done from a simple needs assessment.
