- I look forward to the opportunity to partner with government agencies, NGOs, and the tech community to do good things on an international scale.
- Why is user need more important than cool tech? Or is it?
- "User need" is a tricky concept: one of the things we know is that people can do a lot with very minimal technology. However, the things people accomplish with technology's assistance are very seldom limited to needs-driven activities, and the ingenuity demonstrated usually delivers technology solutions that do more to accomplish larger-scale goals than might be done from a simple needs assessment.
