- Why is user need more important than cool tech? Or is it?
- Sometime the user does not know what he needs. Best not to ask a user what technology they want. Better to ask "What would you like to be able to do in a perfect world. No matter how crazy." Then see what cool tech stuff can accommodate. Think Steve Jobs and the fact the world did not know it needed an iPod until Apple invited it for them.
