Profile Information

What is your own/group's Web site?
What do you want to get from Tech@State?
I want to learn about new methodologies for using ICT for better governance. Also, meet possible mentors and social media experts in the space.
Why is user need more important than cool tech? Or is it?
Tech is cool. However, depending on what it is being used for, it is either a vehicle for achieving social objectives or simply entertainment. User need, drives innovation within cool tech. Tech has to be cool in order to be useful to the user. One feeds off the other.
