- Increased understanding of the potential uses of new technology in expanding diplomatic interaction with civil society so that we can better train our diplomats to make use of these opportunities.
- Why is user need more important than cool tech? Or is it?
- User need (and user experience) are key -- if the tool doesn't answer a question users are asking, and answer it reliably and easily, the tool won't be utilized and you only have a museum piece.
